A rare steel example of an early waterproof Omega watch, (more often found in silver), in fabulous condition!
A 1930s, early ‘hermetic’ stainless steel vintage Omega watch. The case measures 33 mm in diameter, with a knurled front bezel. The case is signed Dennison (Alfred Dennison, case maker) Made in England, Denisteel and numbered. The manual wind movement, with protective cover, is signed Omega with 15 jewels and numbered. The silvered dial has black, open Arabic numerals to the quarters, with a subsidiary seconds dial and fine blued steel hands. The dial is signed Omega above the centre.
