1917 18ct gold rectangular vintage Omega watch

A rare early 18ct gold rectangular vintage Omega watch, circa 1917. The case measures 22 x 37 mm (including lugs). The case is signed Omega, marked 18K and numbered to the back, with two screws to either side. The manual wind movement is signed Omega with 15 jewels and numbered. The two-tone dial has black Arabic ‘exploding’ numerals, an outside minute and fine  blued steel luminous hands. The dial is signed Omega above the centre.

A truly stunning early Omega wristwatch, one hundred years old and still very stylish today!
