A 1953, stainless steel vintage Lemania ‘single button’ Military Chronograph watch. The case measures 38mm in diameter with 20mm lug size. The case is engraved ‘↑A.M/6B/551 392/53’ (rare assignment to the Air Ministry) to the back. The manual wind, calibre 2220 movement is signed Lemania Watch Co., with 17 jewels and numbered. The silvered dial has black Arabic numerals, luminous 12 and 6, with subsidiary dials at 3 and 9 for seconds and 30 minute recording. The dial is signed Lemania, Tritium T above the centre with a broad arrow below, denoting military issue.
