A fabulous WW2 vintage Longines watch, pre-dating the ‘Longines Marine National 5774’!

A 1942, stainless steel vintage Longines watch. The case measures 33 mm in diameter with 18mm lugs. The case is signed Longines, Acier Inox and numbered to the back. The 12.68N calibre manual wind movement is signed Longines, Swiss Made with 17 jewels and numbered, circa 1942. The silvered dial has black ‘lumed’ Arabic numerals with centre sweep seconds, fine blued steel ‘lumed’ hands and outer minute track. The dial is signed Longines above the centre.
