A 1926, silver cushion vintage Rolex watch. The case measures 28.5 x 28.5 mm with 16mm lug size. The case is signed RWC Ltd. (Rolex Watch Company Limited), Rolex 16 World’s Records, Geneve-Suisse hallmarked Glasgow 1926 and numbered. The manual wind Rolex movement is signed Rolex, Standard Quality, Swiss Made with 15 Rubies. The silvered ‘guilloche’ (engine-turned) dial has black Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and fine blued steel ‘flores pleines’ hands. The dial is signed Rolex above the centre.
