A 1924, 18ct gold rectangular vintage Rolex watch. The case measures  25 x 31mm (excluding lugs), with 18mm lugs and is numbered, with reference 6 to the back. The case is signed Rolex, RWCLtd. (Rolex Watch Company Limited), 7 world’s Records, Geneva – Suisse and hallmarked Glasgow 1924. The manual wind, Extra Prima movement is signed Rolex, Swiss Made, with 15 jewels, Timed to 6 positions, For All Climates. The guilloche (engine-turned) dial has black Arabic numerals and fine blued steel ‘fleches’ hands. The dial is signed Rolex above the centre.
