1920s 18ct gold round vintage I.W.C. watch

An early 18ct gold vintage I.W.C. (International Watch Company) ‘Borgel’ watch. The case measures 33mm in diameter. The case is signed F.B. (Francois Borgel, case maker), hallmarked Glasgow 1923 and numbered. The fine quality Swiss movement is signed S&Co., with 15 jewels. The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals with a subsidiary seconds dial and fine blued steel ‘Breguet’ style hands. The dial is signed IWC, Schaffhausen above the centre.
