A 1927, 18ct gold rectangular vintage IWC (International Watch Company) watch. The case, with decorative engraving to the front and sides, measures 25 x 39mm (including lugs), with 22mm lug size. The case is signed IWC, Probus Scafusia, marked 18K and numbered to the back. The manual wind  movement is signed International Watch Co. with 15 jewels and numbered. The champagne dial has black ‘exploding’ Arabic numerals with a subsidiary seconds dial and fine blued steel ‘Breguet’ hands. The dial is signed IWC (International Watch Company) Schaffhausen above the centre.
