A 1952, ‘jumbo’ round stainless steel vintage Omega watch. The case measures 36mm in diameter with 18mm lug size. The case is signed Omega Watch Co. Swiss Made, Acier Inoxydable, with reference 2640-3. The calibre 283, manual wind movement is signed Omega Swiss, numbered, with 17 jewels. The ivory ‘honeycomb/waffle’ dial has raised gilt baton hour indicators, with centre sweep seconds and fine gilt hands. The dial is signed Omega above the centre.
