1930s unusual 9ct gold vintage Omega ‘Drivers’ wristwatch

A very rare 9ct gold vintage Omega ‘Drivers’ wristwatch. The unusual shaped case measures 20 x 40mm with hooded lugs. The case is signed Dennison and hallmarked 1938. The movement is signed Omega with 17 jewels and has a protective dust cover. The silvered dial has Arabic numerals and a subsidiary seconds dial. The dial is signed Omega above the centre.

This is a very collectable vintage watch. The interesting design of the case is very typical of the 1930s Art Deco period.
