A 1928, 9ct gold round vintage I.W.C. (International Watch Company) watch. The case measures 31 mm in diameter, with 12mm lugs. The case is signed CN (case maker), hallmarked London 1928, numbered, with personal engraving ‘SP’ to the back. The manual wind, calibre 64 movement, with a hinged protective cover, is signed SS&co., Swiss Made with 15 jewels and numbered. The white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals, with a subsidiary seconds dial and fine blued steel ‘poire paris’ hands. The dial is signed IWC Schaffhausen above the centre.
