A rare steel rectangular vintage Longines wristwatch with ‘stepped’ hooded lugs!

A 1937, stainless steel vintage Longines watch. The stepped case measures 22.5 x 35 mm (including lugs) with 16mm hooded lugs. The case is marked Acier Inox. and numbered. The 25.17 calibre, manual wind movement is signed Longines, with 17 jewels and numbered, dating the watch to 1937.  The silvered dial has black luminous Arabic numerals with subsidiary seconds dial and fine blued steel luminous hands. The dial is signed Longines above the centre.
