A 1939, 14ct gold rectangular vintage Longines wristwatch. The case measures 21 x 36.5 mm (including lugs) with 16mm lug size. The case is signed Longines, marked 14K and numbered to the back. The fine quality, calibre 25.17, 9L, manual wind movement is signed Longines Watch Co., Swiss, with 17 jewels and numbered. The champagne dial has black fancy Arabic numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial, with fine blued steel ‘Breguet’ style hands. The dial is signed Longines above the centre.
