A truly elegant ‘Art Deco’ wristwatch by Longines, in an incredibly rare stainless steel rectangular case, with the legendary 9.47N calibre movement.

A rare 1929, stainless steel rectangular vintage Longines watch. The case measures 25 x 40 mm (including lugs) with 20mm lugs. The case is numbered, dating the watch to 1929. The fine quality 9.47N calibre, manual wind, movement is signed Longines, with 15 jewels and numbered. The champagne dial has fancy black Arabic numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial, with fine blued steel ‘squelettes’ hands. The dial is signed Longines above the centre.
