A 1925, 18ct gold round vintage Longines watch. The case measures 34mm in diameter, with hinged 14mm lugs. The case is signed AB, (Arthur Baume, director of Longines UK), hallmarked London 1925 and numbered. The protective movement cover is signed Ex. By The Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co. Ltd., 112 Regent St., W1, Swiss Made. The manual wind, calibre 13.34 movement is signed Longines, Swiss Made, with 15 jewels and numbered. The silvered dial has black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, with blued steel ‘Breguet’ hands. The dial is signed Longines above the centre.
