A 1940s, 18ct gold round vintage Vacheron and Constantin watch. The case measures 31mm, with 17mm ‘Cornes De Vache (bull horn)’ lugs. The case is signed Vacheron and Constantin, Swiss, marked 18K and numbered. The calibre V466, manual wind movement is signed Vacheron and Constantin, Geneve, numbered, with 17 jewels, adjusted to temperatures and numbered. The champagne dial has raised gold batons, with gilt hands and fine blued steel centre sweep seconds. The dial is signed Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve above the centre.
