A rare, early cushion vintage JW Benson Single-button Chronograph, in wonderful condition!

A 1940s, 14ct gold round vintage JW Benson Single-Button Chronograph watch. The case measures 34 x 34mm with 18mm lug size. The case is marked Swiss 14ct gold and numbered. The Swiss manual wind movement is numbered, with 17 jewels . The champagne dial has Arabic numerals, with two subsidiary dials for the seconds and 30 minute register, and fine blued steel ‘Breguet’ hands. The dial is signed JW Benson, London above the centre.
