1940s 9ct rose gold vintage JW Benson automatic watch

A rare 9ct rose gold automatic vintage J.W. Benson watch. The case measure 32 mm in diameter. The case is signed BWC, London made and hallmarked Edinburgh 1949. The automatic ‘bumper’  movement is signed J.W. Benson Ltd, Fabrication Suisse with 17 jewels, unadjusted. The dial has gold Arabic numerals, with centre sweep seconds. The dial is signed J.W. Benson, London above the centre.

This is a fine looking automatic watch in ‘rose gold’.
