1920s 14ct gold tonneau vintage Omega watch

A 14ct gold tonneau vintage Omega watch. The case measures 26 x 39 mm (including lugs) with decorative engraving to the sides. The case is signed Omega, Swiss Made with Swiss mark, 14ct gold and numbered 8603658. The movement is signed Omega Watch Co., Swiss, with 3 adjustments, 15 jewels and numbered 6877581. The silvered dial has black fancy Arabic numerals with a subsidiary seconds dial. The dial is signed Omega above the centre.
