Based in the south east of England, Olde Timers has been specialising in vintage wristwatches since 1991.
My interest in watches began whilst studying jewellery and silversmithing. The fascination for their intricate engineering and design led me to a four year apprenticeship in horology, awarded by George Daniels with the Worshipful Company of Clockmakers, where I am now a Liveryman.
My passion for pre-1950s wristwatches led to the launch of Oldetimers.com, with the desire to keep these wonderful timepieces alive and ticking into the future. The workmanship in each watch from the mechanical movement to the fine detailing of the case is exceptional. With the emphasis on traditional watch-making, we strive to restore these watches to their original condition.
The fore runners of today’s modern watches are works of art that deserve to be treasured and appreciated, but also worn and enjoyed.
We have sold watches world-wide, supplied to the film industry and many of our customers return time and again when looking for that next watch!
